Joel has lived in Arizona since 1989. He has an MBA degree and 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. He is an active member of the Chandler and Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce.

Joe's partner and co-owner, Myra Spiegelman, has an M.S. in education and active in the Woman in Business Organizations in both the Chandler and Ahwatukee Chambers of Commerce. Myra is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
