For 2008, Brooke Insurance rolled out a line of new television commercials that began airing in several cities across the country in January. The television commercials were produced in both English and Spanish to reach a broad target consumer demographic.

The silhouette character of “Brooke” revised her starring role after receiving an upgraded makeover. Her overall appearance was altered, but her original charm was kept in place.  The static illustration of “Brooke” became an animated character that could walk down the streets and engage with an audience.  The voice of “Brooke” is provided by Rachel Songer of Sacramento, CA. Rachel’s credentials include performances at Carnegie Hall and the Lincoln Center.

The television concepts were created by Seraphein Beyn, a Sacramento-based advertising agency. Serephein Beyn worked with the Brooke Advertising Center’s mass media professionals to develop the television story boards that were produced and updated to reflect the current branding initiatives set forth by the Brooke Advertising Center for 2008.
