Document Management
The Brooke Management System has been documents
based for many years because converting documents
into electronic images provides a universal platform
for storing and sharing information. Document
management activities are centralized and performed
by processing center personnel. These activities
include customer setup, and document sorting,
imaging and distribution. The documents department
manager has 10 years of experience at Brooke
working on document management-type activities.
More than 60 dedicated individuals are employed in
the documents department.
Cash Management
The Cash Management module makes cash
management easier and more accurate because it is
fully integrated with the processing center’s cash
management processes.
Personal Management
The Personal Management module provides tools to
assist with personal financial management and links to
suppliers that provide volume discounts.
Insurance Service
The Insurance Services module provides policy
information downloaded from insurance companies
and access to integrated ACOR D forms. This module
also includes rating programs for auto insurance
policies and other types of policies.
Marketing Management
The Marketing Management module is a
comprehensive approach to marketing that includes
access to the insurance company marketing team,
advertising center and logo center.
Franchise Communication
The Franchise Communication module provides
franchisees with access to connections in the national
office and to other franchisees.
Professional Consultation
The Professional Consultation module provides
franchisees with access to national consultants for
assistance with regulatory, licensing, errors and
omissions, personnel and other issues.
Office Management
The Office Management module allows franchisees to
control user access, monitor user activity and request
facility assistance.
