Auto Attach and E-Attach are two innovative ways to store documents for retrieval using BMS.
Auto Attach
Franchisees can easily convert paper documents to electronic images by faxing them to a toll-free agent fax line. Using a fax cover sheet generated through BMS, all documents are electronically filed, or auto attached, as directed by the franchisee and immediately available for web-based viewing. This is an innovative use of old fashioned fax machines as long distance scanners.
E-Attach
Franchisees can also easily upload to BMS, or E-Attach, virtually any electronic file, including pictures, scanned documents, word documents and spreadsheets. This is a great electronic storage tool that can be used for virtually any purpose, including off-site backup of important files.
